What did katie and Paije Think of the book?
The book To Kill a Mockingbird is a remarkable story in the opinions of Katie and me. We love how the book captures the sense of maturity a person gains as they slowly grow into the peak years of their life. This book brings back incredibly familiar feelings I'm positive every person gets as they grow out of child hood. As the book goes on Jem and Scout slowly begin to realize what it is like to "walk around in another person's skin". They learn about the truth and reality of their neighbors instead of having those childish, imaginative thoughts. Katie and I also really enjoyed all of the hidden messages and lessons within the text of this book. This book really makes you think, and read between the lines which is exactly the kinds of books Katie and I like. We strongly recommend this novel to everyone; it fits in and could be helpful to any age group.
